Why Should You Rally Others to Give Water?

We believe that the more people we can involve in an awareness raising and fund raising campaign, the faster we can expand our work. Your voice is a powerful one among your friends, schoolmates, colleagues, club members, or congregation.

You can inspire others to join with us at The Water Project to bring water to thousands of people in the developing world.

We have had churches, school groups, and families take up the challenge of The Water Project to raise awareness and money to help bring clean water to Africa.

These groups each began with an individual who acted on what they read. They rallied others to join with them in making a real difference in our world. Every group that's joined us and set a fund rasing goal has FAR EXCEEDED their expectations. This has proven to be a cause that people quickly understand and respond to. Hearts open and justice flows like the water we take for granted.

You may be the only one who can rally your group to this worthy effort. We can work with you to gather photos, speaking topics, bible studies, handouts, your own web site, or just some good encouragement to make it happen. We are always keen to partner with whoever has been moved to action by this desperate need.

Groups can partner with others to fund a specific site. Or, a group may choose to take on an entire water project as their "own". Either way you will be building a relationship with a specific community as things progress.
