Two School Wells Completed

We just got word from our drill team in Kenya, The Bridge Water Project, that they have completed two of four new school wells being drilled in Kendu Bay (or Kendubei) in Western Kenya.

If you donated to the Wells for Schools: Kenya campaign between July 31, 2008 and Jan. 30th, 2009 then these are “your” wells.  We’ll get you more updates as they come in.

Hey, why no pics yet?

Unfortunately, the driller’s camera was dropped during construction so we’ll have to wait a couple days for some pictures.

The team leader is on his way to the site now from Nairobi where they were processing documents for receipt of another two drill rigs!!! That’s fantastic news too.
