Help Fund a Water Project
I started this fundraiser one night when I listened to the song, We Are The World. I had heard it before, but I had never really thought about the message behind it. It hurt me to think that I act like it's the end of the world over stupid things; when helpless children die every single day from disease, hunger or even de-hydration. I can go to my kitchen and get clean water any day of the week or anytime of day. Families in Africa often have to walk miles to get water, that is almost never clean and full of bacteria. No child should EVER have to go through that. It all starts with one step, and that step is to give to those who need it most. We are one people, and we all need to come together to help end those who cannot help themselves. We need to give them a voice and give them what they deserve. To live.

Together, we can change that. Let's fund a new source of drinking water for those who suffer needlessly without it!
Our gifts will be used to construct or rehabilitate a water project, like a well or sand dam, in Africa. We'll see pictures, GPS coordinates, and updates as they come in from the actual water project we fund so we can celebrate the results along with the community we help.
