Help Fund a Water Project
Like most of you, my Facebook feed has been filled with friends and family completing the ALS 'Ice Bucket Challenge'. However, as great at it is raising attention and money for ASL research, I'm not comfortable with how much valuable water it is wasting. So instead, I did not complete the Ice Bucket Challenge. I donated the $100 to ASL, as well as donated $100 to the Water Project to donate precious water to people who need it. I also hope my family and friends can help me raise another $100. Any amount of donation will be a great help.

Did you know nearly 1 billion people don't have safe water to drink?
Together, we can change that. Let's fund a new source of drinking water for those who suffer needlessly without it!
Our gifts will be used to construct or rehabilitate a water project, like a well or sand dam, in Africa. We'll see pictures, GPS coordinates, and updates as they come in from the actual water project we fund so we can celebrate the results along with the community we help.
