Help Fund a Water Project
In my geography class everybody was assigned a problem in Africa and my friend sitting next to me was assigned water problems. While doing research he said that a child dies every 20 seconds from either dehydration or water related diseases. I realized then how much people in our community take simple things, like clean water, for granted. I decided that if there was something I could do to help, that I would. I started talking to some friends about it and after they said they would help/support me I decided to search for ways to help Africa get wells. After finding The Water Project I decided to have a fund raiser to build those wells. Together we can help those in need and make a difference in this world. God bless us all.

Together, we can change that. Let's fund a new source of drinking water for those who suffer needlessly without it!
Our gifts will be used to construct or rehabilitate a water project, like a well or sand dam, in Africa. We'll see pictures, GPS coordinates, and updates as they come in from the actual water project we fund so we can celebrate the results along with the community we help.

Working with local partners in countries like Kenya, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, and Uganda, we build long lasting water projects that are organized, owned and managed by the communities receiving them.
Together, with our partners we identify, implement, report on and follow up on every project. Then we share the whole story with you to inspire confidence in the work being done and the impact it has.
