Help Fund a Water Project
This summer I attened a Student Leadership Confrenece in California. A couple days into the meeting we participated in a activity called "The Water Walk". The students there had to carry a full bucket of water for a short distance representing the kids and adults in Africa who have to search several miles for water everyday. Despite what we think, the water they come home is not what we drink daily. The water that the kids and adults bring home is filthy. Something that people as fortunate as us would look at and turn away from. Unfortuantly that is the kids only choice. Right NOW we have all been giving the opportunity to stop the search for for many kids in Africa and the chance of pure, clean water by a simple donantion. America, its time to ACT! The water is "Beneath Their Feet"
Why It Matters
Did you know nearly 1 billion people don't have safe water to drink?
Together, we can change that. Let's fund a new source of drinking water for those who suffer needlessly without it!
Our gifts will be used to construct or rehabilitate a water project, like a well or sand dam, in Africa. We'll see pictures, GPS coordinates, and updates as they come in from the actual water project we fund so we can celebrate the results along with the community we help.
