Help Fund a Water Project
The crisis of contaminated water has been a growing crisis for developing nations all over the world due to socio-economics standings and other factors. Clean water tends to be taken for granted everyday by most people. Everyone, stop and take a moment to think about how easy it is for you to obtain clean, purified water. Whenever most of us are thirsty, we can walk to the refrigerator or nearest water machine to get water. Water is a fundamental need for humans. Obtaining water is not as easy for many people around the world, for example, in Bangladesh, around 4 million wells were planted in the 1970's. After this, the number of deaths due to contaminated water went down, but in 1993, arsenic contaminated the wells and they were not fit for use. When people can't use a well, they are obligated to find other water sources like local ponds, ditches, or rivers. These sources are filled with bacterial diseases, for example, Giardia. Diarrheal disease can be fatal, especially in children. Every 21 seconds, a life is lost due to water-related illnesses.
The good news is, anyone can help make change. By donating, we can help get a well installed in communities across the globe. To make change, we must be proactive. The change starts with us.Why It Matters

Our gifts will be used to construct or rehabilitate a water project, like a well or sand dam, in Africa. We'll see pictures, GPS coordinates, and updates as they come in from the actual water project we fund so we can celebrate the results along with the community we help.
