Help Fund a Water Project
In 1 John 3: 17-18 it says, "If anyone has material possessions and sees his brothers in need, but has no pity on him, how can the love of God be in him? Dear children, let us love not with words or tongue, but with actions and in truth."
Nearly one-billion people lack access to clean water. Every 15 seconds a child dies because he or she did not have enough clean, safe water. They die because they drink untreated water from puddles, pits, and streams polluterd by livestock and human waste. This water is often filled with microbes that cause acute diarrhea and other illnesses that lead to death.
You can help us to rescue a child from death. Most of the time clean water is available, bit it is not accessivle. All that´s needed is a well. Now you can help provide one by taking part in The Water Challenge.
During the Water Challenge you can help by drinking no beverages other than water for two weeks. Set asside all the moeny which you would noramlly have spent consuming soda, juice, milk, etc. Use that money to help build a well with The Water Project in villages where there is no clean or safe water.

Why It Matters
Did you know nearly 1 billion people don't have safe water to drink?
Together, we can change that. Let's fund a new source of drinking water for those who suffer needlessly without it!
Our gifts will be used to construct or rehabilitate a water project, like a well or sand dam, in Africa. We'll see pictures, GPS coordinates, and updates as they come in from the actual water project we fund so we can celebrate the results along with the community we help.
