WHY ARE WE FUNDRAISING?
Resolutionism In Rwanda
is part of The Water Project, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that's bringing relief to communities around the world who suffer needlessly from a lack of access to clean water.
We're helping raise funds to provide clean, safe drinking water to people who suffer needlessly without it in the developing world, and could really use your help!
We are looking to raise $10,000 to fund our project, providing a Water Well for a community in Rwanda.
While 35 percent of Rwanda's population lacks access to an improved water source, the country has numerous rivers and streams as well as tremendous potential for developing groundwater resources.
Villagers in many areas are forced to walk several miles to the nearest source of water—contaminated water from a swamp, stream, or open well. For these desperate communities, we want to offer help.Our donations will be used to construct a specific water project. We'll get pictures, GPS coordinates, and reports from the field, as they happen. We'll see the actual results of what we've done.
Resolutionism in Rwanda and The Water Project.org work with with local partners in Rwanda, to build long lasting projects that are organized, owned and managed by the communities receiving them, they also mobilize, train, and follow-up with local people, helping ensure long-term success for the entire community.

Why It Matters
Did you know nearly 1 billion people don't have safe water to drink?
Together, we can change that. Let's fund a new source of drinking water for those who suffer needlessly without it!
Our gifts will be used to construct or rehabilitate a water project, like a well or sand dam, in Africa. We'll see pictures, GPS coordinates, and updates as they come in from the actual water project we fund so we can celebrate the results along with the community we help.
