Help Fund a Water Project
We are blessed to live in a place with abundant clean water for us to drink, cook and bathe. Thousands in Africa and other areas are not so fortunate. They have to travel many miles to reach a water source. Many times the water is not clean and it might even be contaminated. I feel that it is our duty to help, just as we would like others to help if we were in a similar situation. Water is the most important element to sustain life. Please help me reach my goal and help a community in need. Thank you!
Tenemos la bendicion de vivir en un lugar con abundante agua limpia para tomar, cocinar y banarnos. Miles en Africa y otras zonas no tienen esa suerte. Tienen que viajar muchos kilometros para llegar a una fuente de agua limpia. Muchas veces el agua no esta limpia y puede estar contaminada. Creo que es nuestro deber ayudar, tal y como nos gustaria que otros nos ayudaran si estuviesemos en una situacion similar. El agua es el elemento mas importante para sostener la vida. Por favor ayudame a llegar a mi meta y ayudar a una comunidad necesitada. Gracias!

Why It Matters
Did you know nearly 1 billion people don't have safe water to drink?
Together, we can change that. Let's fund a new source of drinking water for those who suffer needlessly without it!
Our gifts will be used to construct or rehabilitate a water project, like a well or sand dam, in Africa. We'll see pictures, GPS coordinates, and updates as they come in from the actual water project we fund so we can celebrate the results along with the community we help.

The Water Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization unlocking human potential by providing clean, safe water to communities around the world who suffer needlessly without.
Working with local partners in countries like Kenya, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, and Uganda, we build long lasting water projects that are organized, owned and managed by the communities receiving them.
Together, with our partners we identify, implement, report on and follow up on every project. Then we share the whole story with you to inspire confidence in the work being done and the impact it has.
