Help Fund a Water Project
development. Water is important in every aspect of the human body . Water has the ability to raise the human spirit. To empower societies, and renewal communities. Water
is life and I believe in order to help promote this basic concept, we
must respond to this basic need . I believed we are all called to respond to these
needs , whether it be local or globally. We are called to respond and
impact issues of health, and renewal of faith in others. When nearly 1 out of 5 deaths under the age of 5 worldwide is due to a water related disease, who will help? When
we hear that in developing countries as much as 80% of illness are
linked to poor water and sanitation conditions , who will help?. When half of the worlds hospital beds are filled with people suffering from water-related diseases, who will help?
I must help, you must help, we must help.
According
to the World Health Organization, for every $1 invested in water and
sanitation, there is an economic return of between $3 and $34. It is an
investment in human need
Please join me , as I give up buying soft drinks, and other soda products and instead invest those dollars in a well which will offer a lifetime of drink for my distant neighbors. I challenge my friends , neighbors, and, colleagues, and strangers for the next 30 days to do the same and donate the cost of their drinks here. Are you up for the challenge?

Why It Matters
Did you know nearly 1 billion people don't have safe water to drink?
Together, we can change that. Let's fund a new source of drinking water for those who suffer needlessly without it!
Our gifts will be used to construct or rehabilitate a water project, like a well or sand dam, in Africa. We'll see pictures, GPS coordinates, and updates as they come in from the actual water project we fund so we can celebrate the results along with the community we help.

The Water Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization unlocking human potential by providing clean, safe water to communities around the world who suffer needlessly without.
Working with local partners in countries like Kenya, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, and Uganda, we build long lasting water projects that are organized, owned and managed by the communities receiving them.
Together, with our partners we identify, implement, report on and follow up on every project. Then we share the whole story with you to inspire confidence in the work being done and the impact it has.
