Help Fund a Water Project

Together, we can unlock potential in a developing community by providing clean, safe water.

Water... Clean water... Something we take for granted everyday while millions go without it. I keep seeing ice bucket challenges to raise awareness and support for those with ALS. I thought, 'why not challenge ourselves to help that cause monetarily, and why not also try to give clean water to areas of the world that don't have access to it?' The Water Project is awesome! With the money donated, they build water filtration systems and wells in these communities. $23 provides clean water for one person for life. Check out this site for incredible stories.

Thanks for visiting this page and considering a donation. My donation was small, but every little but helps. In fact, it will give that one precious life clean water, and who knows what that one person will do with his or her life! Giving water gives life!

Why It Matters

Access to clean, safe water unlocks potential

Did you know nearly 1 billion people don't have safe water to drink?

Together, we can change that. Let's fund a new source of drinking water for those who suffer needlessly without it!

Our gifts will be used to construct or rehabilitate a water project, like a well or sand dam, in Africa. We'll see pictures, GPS coordinates, and updates as they come in from the actual water project we fund so we can celebrate the results along with the community we help.

About The Water Project

The Water Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization unlocking human potential by providing clean, safe water to communities around the world who suffer needlessly without.

Working with local partners in countries like Kenya, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, and Uganda, we build long lasting water projects that are organized, owned and managed by the communities receiving them.

Together, with our partners we identify, implement, report on and follow up on every project. Then we share the whole story with you to inspire confidence in the work being done and the impact it has.
