Survival Kits for the challenge were given out at Manchester Christian Church this past Sunday, 1/27, and boy are we going for it! Are you loving the Family Journal and collecting the funds from the beverages you decided to skip today in favor of tap water? We are excited to share some updates on the Fortress Water Challenge with you here:
At our CELEBRATION EVENT, you and your whole family will have the opportunity to learn
more about the global water crisis and how you can continue to help as you
learn why clean water is so important. We will have snacks, refreshments,
games, a Relay, a BOUNCE HOUSE, and all sorts of fun and surprises in store! And
you won’t want to miss a brief presentation by a very special speaker who will talk
to us about The Water Project and how our 2-Week Challenge will forever change
lives across the world!
All are welcome to attend!
Please remember to either bring your banks
to one of our 2/10 services (drop off at the Fortress Kiosk (WRC) or Welcome
Kiosk (BRC and DTC) or bring it to the Celebration Event that evening! We will
have counters ready so that we can announce our final contribution to The Water
Project!

Did you know nearly 1 billion people don't have safe water to drink?
Together, we can change that. Let's fund a new source of drinking water for those who suffer needlessly without it!
Our gifts will be used to construct or rehabilitate a water project, like a well or sand dam, in Africa. We'll see pictures, GPS coordinates, and updates as they come in from the actual water project we fund so we can celebrate the results along with the community we help.
The Water Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization unlocking human potential by providing clean, safe water to communities around the world who suffer needlessly without.
Working with local partners in countries like Kenya, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, and Uganda, we build long lasting water projects that are organized, owned and managed by the communities receiving them.
Together, with our partners we identify, implement, report on and follow up on every project. Then we share the whole story with you to inspire confidence in the work being done and the impact it has.
