Ghana is a country with immense potential. But one of the major threats blocking the development of the nation is lack of sanitary systems.
My goal is to help the Ghanaian people understand the function and importance of proper drainage, sewer and sanitation systems. This could put an end to the continuous explosions of epidemics, high death rates for children and on-going pollution of clean drinking water.
That is why I am now taking the education as a ground worker with focus on sewer systems. I am doing this in Denmark. The Danish drainage systems is among the best in the world, so I am learning from the best. My dream is to start workshops and small building projects in Ghana, teaching the people how to construct and maintain a good sanitary system.
Help me change the future of Ghana.
Did you know nearly 1 billion people don't have safe water to drink?
Together, we can change that. Let's fund a new source of drinking water for those who suffer needlessly without it!
Our gifts will be used to construct or rehabilitate a water project, like a well or sand dam, in Africa. We'll see pictures, GPS coordinates, and updates as they come in from the actual water project we fund so we can celebrate the results along with the community we help.
The Water Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization unlocking human potential by providing clean, safe water to communities around the world who suffer needlessly without.
Working with local partners in countries like Kenya, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, and Uganda, we build long lasting water projects that are organized, owned and managed by the communities receiving them.
Together, with our partners we identify, implement, report on and follow up on every project. Then we share the whole story with you to inspire confidence in the work being done and the impact it has.
