I want to help saving the planet. That's a huge task. But hey, I want to do something and if there is something we can do for it, let's start doing it today and please stop being sad if you don't do anything about it.I'm working hard to start my business and I believe I will succeed. All I need is planning, time and not to give up. By doing so, being blessed with water, health, food and everything a 'normal' life gives me, for as much as I may need today to succeed and survive, I would never need as much as they need. I can't help everyone but I will help someone, somewhere and my success will be theirs as well. I don't know who exactly or how, but I know I'll make a difference, I know we can make a difference. That's my believe. And I believe as well that, at least one of these kids, someday will grow and do something bigger to change the world. Giving for charity is a personal goal and I want to be sure that my professional goals and motivations are tied to it as well. Those are values I want my daughter to learn, that's what I wish her to do later on: to follow my believes and not my footsteps. Francisco Rua

Did you know nearly 1 billion people don't have safe water to drink?
Together, we can change that. Let's fund a new source of drinking water for those who suffer needlessly without it!
Our gifts will be used to construct or rehabilitate a water project, like a well or sand dam, in Africa. We'll see pictures, GPS coordinates, and updates as they come in from the actual water project we fund so we can celebrate the results along with the community we help.
The Water Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization unlocking human potential by providing clean, safe water to communities around the world who suffer needlessly without.
Working with local partners in countries like Kenya, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, and Uganda, we build long lasting water projects that are organized, owned and managed by the communities receiving them.
Together, with our partners we identify, implement, report on and follow up on every project. Then we share the whole story with you to inspire confidence in the work being done and the impact it has.
