That's about the population of the United States. Along with the staggering stats about the people without clean water, 650 people in Africa die daily, due to illnesses like cholera, typhoid, and dysentery. The majority of those who die are under the age of 5. 85% of these diseases are traced back to water. It's not much to give from our own pockets. to give one person clean water would only take 23$.
