Help Fund a Water Project
IT IS NOT ABOUT US WE CHOOSE TO PUT OTHERS BEFORE OURSELVES.
We at Great Mission Ministries Kampala Uganda have made a choice to be a blessing to our neighbors in need. It is true that we ourselves are also in great need and rely on the aid from friends in our online global community. Friends like brother Raul Maysonet our international coordinator from the US he has helped us start this water campaign for us in order that we may be able to be a blessing to someone else. THIS WATER CAMPAIGN IS NOT ABOUT US. It is our way of planting a seed of hope in the lives of others in need, and if we at Great Mission Ministries Kampala Uganda are able to do this it would mean a great deal to us. Our representative brother Raul has coordinated this Campaign with much effort and even was criticized because of it.When we reach our desired goal the good people from the water project will let us know were the next well will be dug, and we will be able to follow up on the progress through pictures that we will post on our website. The bible is clear, we must "Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy". Psalms 82:3
We ourselves feel that what were doing is just a drop in the ocean. But the ocean would be less because of that missing drop. Mother Teresa
I don't know how my meager attempts to make a difference will turn out said brother Raul, but could this be just a drop in the bucket? If nothing else we would like to bring about an awareness in regards to an important issue, safe drinking water for the children in Africa.
Why It Matters
Did you know nearly 1 billion people don't have safe water to drink?
Together, we can change that. Let's fund a new source of drinking water for those who suffer needlessly without it!
Our gifts will be used to construct or rehabilitate a water project, like a well or sand dam, in Africa. We'll see pictures, GPS coordinates, and updates as they come in from the actual water project we fund so we can celebrate the results along with the community we help.
