The Bonks Campaign for Water

I hope you'll consider joining Christine, Jesse, Lucas and I, to fund a community well water project. When we thought of how God has blessed us, we wanted to create a fundraising project for water. Clean water is something we here in Canada, may often take for granted. When we need a drink, we simply turn on the tap with the knowledge that our water is clean, and safe to drink. Yes there are many local projects to support and we know that so many of you have, and will continue to give, because that's just who you are and we are Blessed to know you.

Today, too many children suffer needlessly - walking miles for dirty water that makes them sick. You and I can change that. Please make a donation of any size and help us spread the word. It costs $5500.00 US to provide one well for a community through The Water Project and we would like to begin our commitment, by pledging $1000.00 so we only need a balance of $5000.00 to make this happen.

Why did we choose The Water Project? First they are upfront about costs, in that depending on the soil and rock bed composition of some of these communities, the average costs vary. Secondly, the group that monitors donations for charities, rates them very highm so I encourage you to check out this organization before you donate. Thirdly, this organization does maintenance and follow up on projects completed, to ensure wells are operational for the long haul.

All donations are tax deductible, so please join Christine, Jesse, Lucas and I in bringing the Gift of Life through Water, to people you have never met, but who will be forever grateful, for the Love you have show to them.
