Help Fund a Water Project
My name is Andrew Zimmerman and I am raising money for my Bar Mitzvah project. If you do not already know, a Bar Mitzvah project is a charity project that is done before an upcoming Bar Mitzvah! I am making and selling paracord bracelets for $7. 100% of funds from the bracelets are going toward my goal. I am also accepting donations made through this site. I really want to help people in Africa get clean water. My goal for money raised is $1,000 to contribute toward a water pump in Africa. Please help give clean water to people who aren't as privileged as us. Every donation counts, no matter how big or small. Many kids in Africa only get one small cup of water in a day, and that is the only thing they get to drink for the whole day. Every donation is greatly appreciated!
There were many options that were presented to me when I started this project. I immediately narrowed my choices down to the organizations that were helping to provide clean water to people without it. I knew that it was such a problem and that nearly one seventh of the world did not have clean water to drink, a vital neccessity that is needed to live. By funding a water pump in Africa, so many people could have clean water to drink. Thank you for helping to change many lives.

Why It Matters
Did you know nearly 1 billion people don't have safe water to drink?
Together, we can change that. Let's fund a new source of drinking water for those who suffer needlessly without it!
Our gifts will be used to construct or rehabilitate a water project, like a well or sand dam, in Africa. We'll see pictures, GPS coordinates, and updates as they come in from the actual water project we fund so we can celebrate the results along with the community we help.
