Hello!
our names are Angela and Autumn!! We are doing this fundraiser because we believe that people on a daily basis take so many things for granted. On average we all have very well living standards and we need to stop focusing on what does not need to be fixed, compared to what does need to be fixed. It is devastating to imagine that so many people, families, children and citizens, are affected with something we think is so small. It is unbelievable how much hard work these people do just to be able to have water. I could never imagine having to think and ask my self "Is this my last drink?", "Will my children be able to have water soon?" We need to make a change and help these people by raising money to be able to bring wells with clean, easy-accessible water. I want to be able to help make a difference, even if it is a small one, and bring water into thirsty communities. Lets break this poverty chain! If you would like to be apart of this change or would like to be apart of the Take the Water Challenge or even simply have questions, please contact me on Facebook, or email me at [email protected]Date | Donor | Amount | Message |

Did you know nearly 1 billion people don't have safe water to drink?
Together, we can change that. Let's fund a new source of drinking water for those who suffer needlessly without it!
Our gifts will be used to construct or rehabilitate a water project, like a well or sand dam, in Africa. We'll see pictures, GPS coordinates, and updates as they come in from the actual water project we fund so we can celebrate the results along with the community we help.
The Water Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization unlocking human potential by providing clean, safe water to communities around the world who suffer needlessly without.
Working with local partners in countries like Kenya, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, and Uganda, we build long lasting water projects that are organized, owned and managed by the communities receiving them.
Together, with our partners we identify, implement, report on and follow up on every project. Then we share the whole story with you to inspire confidence in the work being done and the impact it has.
