Campaign for Critical Water Access

Dear Friend,

Thank you for taking the time to explore my fundraising page and joining me on the journey of making a difference.

With your help and dedication - whether that is financially or by spreading the word - we can provide clean, safe, and reliable water to a community in sub-Saharan Africa.

Today, too many children suffer needlessly - walking miles just to collect dirty water that actually makes them sick. Providing a reliable and safe water source will unlock potential by returning time for studying, work, and imagination.

How does The Water Project work?

By creating this page, I intend to inspire friends, family, and colleagues to join me in providing access to clean water.

Once I have raised my target amount, all collected funds will be assigned to a specific community that is in critical need. Depending on the community's needs, the project can consist of building a well, constructing a sub-surface dam, filtering surface water, and several other practices.

As soon as the work begins, we all will be informed where it is! We will receive info on the community we are helping, usually within 6-8 months after the campaign is complete. Once construction is finished, we will receive another update with pictures, GPS, a community profile, and sometimes even video. We will be able to celebrate along with the community we have served!
