Help Fund a Water Project

Together, we can unlock potential in a developing community by providing clean, safe water.

We hope you will consider joining our team in funding a water project. With your gifts and your help rallying support, we can provide clean, safe and reliable water to a community in Africa.

Today, too many children suffer needlessly - walking miles for dirty water that makes them sick. Together, as a community, we can change that. Please make a donation and then help us spread the word.

God has destined us all to be a barrier breaker! He created us to be uncontainable. We all have talent and potential that has been given to us by our creator. There are seeds of greatness inside of us all. Today, let us choose to break free from our limited mindsets and enlarge our vision. Let us, together, as a community, support another community in need. Together we can reach our goal and supply a community with clean drinking water. Help us remove the barriers that are containing these drought-stricken communities.

Mission: To improve customer comfort and quality of life by providing dependable, environmentally friendly, technologically sound, drilling, water and pump services while enriching the lives of our team members.

Vision: To improve the lives of drilling and pump customers in southeastern NC by providing seamless customer service that is above and beyond their expectations and by being recognized as the industry leader.

Our Goal is to underwrite a project including our community. We can lay the foundation for a water project by providing at least 50% of the needed construction funding, $5000. The Water Project will match our gift with others to complete a project along with monitor and maintain it for a minimum of 5 years. If you cannot donate monetarily, please share our page and help us spread the word.

Cape Fear Drilling Services (CFDS) provides our customers with professional water well drilling, geothermal, pump and conditioning services and products of the highest quality. Our mission is simple. Cape Fear Drilling will fulfill your water and drilling needs with respect, integrity and superior customer service.

We are family-owned and operated and our team has been serving southeastern NC since 1991. Our team has decades of combined drilling/water works experience.

We also provide geothermal drilling. Geothermal heat/air/water heating/cooling systems save our customers money on heat and air bills and/or irrigation and offer greener more efficient and environmentally friendly systems. *Additional options include hand pumps and solar powered pumps for daily use and in times of emergency.

We, at Cape Fear Drilling, would like to ask you a couple of questions.

Have you been really thirsty in the last 24 hours? Did you have a hard time getting something to drink? Did you wonder if what you drank to quench your thirst was going to make you sick, or maybe even kill you? Probably not. But there are places in this world where people no different from you and me have to walk for miles just to bring home a bucket of water so dirty that some who drink it will become sick or even die.

This is not a little problem.

• Nearly one billion people lack access to clean water.
• Every 30 seconds a child dies somewhere because he
or she didn’t have enough clean, safe water. They die
because they drink untreated water from puddles, pits,
and streams polluted by livestock and human waste.

The good news is this is preventable and we as a community can be a huge part of the solution.

Most of the time, clean water is available, but it is not accessible. All that’s needed is a well or other water project. Now YOU can help provide one by taking part in our Water Challenge.

For those who contribute, we will post updates and track our project. You will see where your money went, who it helped, and know you contributed to a good cause.

Thank you in advance for your support in a matter that is very near and dear to the Cape Fear Drilling teams' heart.

Why It Matters

Access to clean, safe water unlocks potential

Did you know nearly 1 billion people don't have safe water to drink?

Together, we can change that. Let's fund a new source of drinking water for those who suffer needlessly without it!

Our gifts will be used to construct or rehabilitate a water project, like a well or sand dam, in Africa. We'll see pictures, GPS coordinates, and updates as they come in from the actual water project we fund so we can celebrate the results along with the community we help.

About The Water Project

The Water Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization unlocking human potential by providing clean, safe water to communities around the world who suffer needlessly without.

Working with local partners in countries like Kenya, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, and Uganda, we build long lasting water projects that are organized, owned and managed by the communities receiving them.

Together, with our partners we identify, implement, report on and follow up on every project. Then we share the whole story with you to inspire confidence in the work being done and the impact it has.
