There is one big reason why I want to fundraise. The reason is the impacts of COVID-19. Under this circumstance, we have many new routines: washing hands, using sanitizers, etc. However, because some children and adults do not have clean water and sanitation, they suffer from contagious diseases. In fact, starting in 2014, African people were also threatened by Ebola, which eventually caused many deaths in the African continent. One of the reasons why it caused so many deaths was the lack of clean water and sanitation. Apparently, those people had more infection risks than those who had enough clean water to wash their hands. As a result, throughout the continent, many people infected. This was one of the cases representing how important clean water and sanitation are to human health.
