Water is a human need. It is a proven fact that every person on earth needs twenty to fifty liters of water per day, whether it be for drinking, cleaning, or hygienic purposes. Water is essential for hydration, but if the water we are drinking is polluted, it becomes deadly. When our water is polluted it not only affects human health, but kills our environment. The water crisis is a global issue. Nearly one billion people in the developing world do not have access to clean water, yet it’s taken for granted and is wasted. Many people go without water for days, which prevents them from working and taking care of their families. Women and children in developing countries walk miles just to find clean water, which eliminates a proper education. Simple steps can be taken to make access to clean water in low income areas more attainable.
Anything helps to one day end the water crisis. Thank you!
