Help Fund a Water Project
I was struck recently by a bit of insight I received somewhere on the net, it’s about the privilege of choice. What a privilege and blessing it is to have choice! By our ability to sustain ourselves and maintain adequate health, we immediately have available to us options, and with options comes choice. Water does not just quench thirst, in building a well in these under-developed/high potential communities, we are in effect creating the capacity for entire populations to experience choice.
The Water Project connects us directly to the communities and the people doing the work, every dollar spent is accountable for. The projects being funded are tangible and have immediate and obvious social impact from day one of operation.
I encourage you to exercise this privilege of choice this New Year in a refreshingly new way.

Why It Matters
Did you know nearly 1 billion people don't have safe water to drink?
Together, we can change that. Let's fund a new source of drinking water for those who suffer needlessly without it!
Our gifts will be used to construct or rehabilitate a water project, like a well or sand dam, in Africa. We'll see pictures, GPS coordinates, and updates as they come in from the actual water project we fund so we can celebrate the results along with the community we help.

The Water Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization unlocking human potential by providing clean, safe water to communities around the world who suffer needlessly without.
Working with local partners in countries like Kenya, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, and Uganda, we build long lasting water projects that are organized, owned and managed by the communities receiving them.
Together, with our partners we identify, implement, report on and follow up on every project. Then we share the whole story with you to inspire confidence in the work being done and the impact it has.
