Jessica's Campaign for Water

"As the Father has sent me, I am sending you." -John 20:21

This summer, as Ethan and I were reading Draw The Circle, a 40 Day Prayer Challenge, one of the devotionals was entitled "The Dream Factory." It challenged readers to dive into their own dreams to leave a mark for His glory. As we began to speak about what touched our hearts and inspired us, I thought about things we take for granted. That's when the need for water came to mind. We talked and prayed over it.
Then suddenly it was everywhere. In Scriptures, in conversations, in the media. I heard sermons about doing The Lord's work and what was laid on your heart. There was no doubt- water was on my mind! So I began to do some research and found that water really is a necessity.
"1 in 9 people around the world do not have access to clean and safe water."
Yet, I can take a shower, brush my teeth, wash my hands, clean dishes, and drink water freely. Whenever I want.
