People are concerned about others starving, and rightly so. But even more precious than food is clean water. Clean water is a human right that everyone should have access to. We in America are so blessed we don't give a second thought when using, drinking, wasting water. What if we happen to be born where there isn't any clean water? What makes us so special that we feel we don't need to help, to turn a blind eye just because there is miles between us.?
Please give to this extremely worth while cause!!! Not only is the clean water needed for the obvious health and life saving benefits, but there is a trickle down (pun intended), saves time so kids can go to school, girls don't drop out at puberty, farming is improved and a profit can be made.
It is truly saving lives !!!
If you have already donated, I truly THANK YOU!
If you haven't, please take your hard earned money and give some back. Help others experience the pure joy of drinking a glass of clean water.
Of course, everything helps. Please do what you can!!!
Sincerely,
Peggy

Did you know nearly 1 billion people don't have safe water to drink?
Together, we can change that. Let's fund a new source of drinking water for those who suffer needlessly without it!
Our gifts will be used to construct or rehabilitate a water project, like a well or sand dam, in Africa. We'll see pictures, GPS coordinates, and updates as they come in from the actual water project we fund so we can celebrate the results along with the community we help.
The Water Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization unlocking human potential by providing clean, safe water to communities around the world who suffer needlessly without.
Working with local partners in countries like Kenya, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, and Uganda, we build long lasting water projects that are organized, owned and managed by the communities receiving them.
Together, with our partners we identify, implement, report on and follow up on every project. Then we share the whole story with you to inspire confidence in the work being done and the impact it has.
