Hello,
I recently watched the documentary, "Tapped" (www.tappedthemovie.com) and haven't bought bottled water since. The film exposes that bottled water is not regulated by the FDA and yet Americans spend millions every year on it because we think it is "safer" because of misleading labeling. Every city in this country is required to test their drinking water on a regular basis. Bottled water companies are not. How do you feel about the safety of your tap water now compared to bottled water?
Stopping this addiction to bottled water that has grown over the past few decades is essential because only 2% of the earth's water is actually safe to drink so there it's nothing but corporate greed that is draining these precious natural resources, to sell a free natural resource to people for profit. I've put the Evian bottles down now that I realize how ignorant I've been to be part of the problem and support The Water Project's mission to provide drinking water to those who NEED.
While developed countries water their lawns and gardens, wash their cars and fill up their pools in the summer, families in underdeveloped countries sometimes walk miles just to find fresh drinking water...which unfortunately is often contaminated.
he Water Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that's
bringing relief to communities around the world who suffer needlessly
from a lack of access to clean water. With monies raised, our partners in the field can do the digging and
construction needed to provide clean, safe water efficiently and
sustainably. They also mobilize, train, and follow-up with local
communities, helping ensure long-term success.
Please join my family and friends and Belladonna Records in giving all that we can to provide fresh drinking water through helping the dedicated volunteers, communities and staff build wells
together and give hope for a brighter tomorrow for children in need.

Did you know nearly 1 billion people don't have safe water to drink?
Together, we can change that. Let's fund a new source of drinking water for those who suffer needlessly without it!
Our gifts will be used to construct or rehabilitate a water project, like a well or sand dam, in Africa. We'll see pictures, GPS coordinates, and updates as they come in from the actual water project we fund so we can celebrate the results along with the community we help.
The Water Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization unlocking human potential by providing clean, safe water to communities around the world who suffer needlessly without.
Working with local partners in countries like Kenya, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, and Uganda, we build long lasting water projects that are organized, owned and managed by the communities receiving them.
Together, with our partners we identify, implement, report on and follow up on every project. Then we share the whole story with you to inspire confidence in the work being done and the impact it has.
