Sidney's Campaign for Water

I hope you'll consider joining me to fund a water project. With your donations and your help rallying support, we can provide clean, safe and reliable water to a community in Africa.

In 5th grade, we learned that most people in sub-Saharan Africa do not have access to clean water on a daily basis. I realized that this basic need was met for me every day, but not for one quarter of the world. Children, usually girls, walk miles to find stream water, which is full of diseases. Each 5 gallon jug they carry weighs 40 pounds.

I decided to donate to the Water Project as my Bar Mitzvah project. This organization truly changes lives! It uses donations to drill wells, create rainwater catchments and farming irrigation, improve hygiene and sanitation, and empower children to learn and thrive.
