On July 6th, I went to a youth conference in LA
called CIY:Move. On the last day, you have the opportunity to take a
Kingdom worker card. If you choose to take one then you are committing to
whatever your card says (no trading, putting the card back, etc.) So I took one
and opened it. My card read, “ Pick one Sunday a month for the next year to
welcome people to your church as they come in. Smile at people, be encouraging,
look for a way to compliment everyone who comes in…” When I first read the card I thought ok that’s
easy enough, but then I suddenly felt like it wasn’t enough, like God wanted me
to do more. So I prayed about it for a
few days asking God, what else you would like me to do for you? I heard God tell me that He wants me to only
drink water for the next year! So I asked Him, are you sure, that’s a long
time? He replied, Yes!
I will be donating $20-40 per week for the
next year and on top of that I would like to raise an extra $2,000 for The
Water Project. Help provide clean, safe water to hundreds. Please be a Kingdom Worker and donate now.

Did you know nearly 1 billion people don't have safe water to drink?
Together, we can change that. Let's fund a new source of drinking water for those who suffer needlessly without it!
Our gifts will be used to construct or rehabilitate a water project, like a well or sand dam, in Africa. We'll see pictures, GPS coordinates, and updates as they come in from the actual water project we fund so we can celebrate the results along with the community we help.
The Water Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization unlocking human potential by providing clean, safe water to communities around the world who suffer needlessly without.
Working with local partners in countries like Kenya, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, and Uganda, we build long lasting water projects that are organized, owned and managed by the communities receiving them.
Together, with our partners we identify, implement, report on and follow up on every project. Then we share the whole story with you to inspire confidence in the work being done and the impact it has.
