Help Fund a Water Project
As part of my confirmation at St. Pauls United Church of Christ, I have been asked to do a service project. I've decided to raise funds for The Water Project which builds wells, dams and rain catchment systems throughout Africa, providing a source of clean, safe water for millions of people in need. I've invited my friends and classmates to come and do a 5k Walk for Water with me on Sunday, April 19th at 9am. I'm asking my friends to consider donating $20 to walk with me - all proceeds will go to The Water Project. I'm asking my family and close friends to consider making a donation on-line to The Water Project. Any amount would be so appreciated! If you don't want to donate on-line, feel free to send my mom a check (in her name) and we'll make the donation to The Water Project after my event on April 19th. Thank you so much for considering this worthy charity.

Why It Matters
Did you know nearly 1 billion people don't have safe water to drink?
Together, we can change that. Let's fund a new source of drinking water for those who suffer needlessly without it!
Our gifts will be used to construct or rehabilitate a water project, like a well or sand dam, in Africa. We'll see pictures, GPS coordinates, and updates as they come in from the actual water project we fund so we can celebrate the results along with the community we help.
