Help Fund a Water Project
Hello,
My name is Gabriele Gocso. I have a strong passion for making our world a better place. I feel I am highly motivated in changing the conditions that people are suffering in every day. I have worked with the World Vision Organization in the U.S. and have been motivated to pursue my dreams in saving our world. I'm 19 years old. I am young. But i know what's right and what's wrong and what needs to be done. Essentially, as some of you have heard "I would like to save the world." Some laugh. Some say it's impossible. Some even say I have no hope. Many live without ever knowing what people all around the world are suffering from. WE need to be aware and WE need to make a difference. I wake up in the mornings blessed that I am breathing, blessed that I am able to have a healthy meal, and even more blessed to have a roof over my head. Not ONE PERSON in our world should have to suffer the way that they are suffering now. Liberia, Syria, Nigeria, Gabon, these are only a fraction of the countries that are suffering every night. I believe that providing clean water to these helpless villages is one step in saving our world from diseases such as Typhoid and Cholera. I would like to make an impact on someones life. WE should make an impact in everyone's life. I found this organization in hopes that we would be able to join as a community and raise funds to provide clean water for families all over Africa. Why It Matters
Did you know nearly 1 billion people don't have safe water to drink?
Together, we can change that. Let's fund a new source of drinking water for those who suffer needlessly without it!
Our gifts will be used to construct or rehabilitate a water project, like a well or sand dam, in Africa. We'll see pictures, GPS coordinates, and updates as they come in from the actual water project we fund so we can celebrate the results along with the community we help.

The Water Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization unlocking human potential by providing clean, safe water to communities around the world who suffer needlessly without.
Working with local partners in countries like Kenya, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, and Uganda, we build long lasting water projects that are organized, owned and managed by the communities receiving them.
Together, with our partners we identify, implement, report on and follow up on every project. Then we share the whole story with you to inspire confidence in the work being done and the impact it has.
