Help Fund a Water Project
In November of 2011, I will turn 40! On October 15, my beautiful husband, knowing I did not want a birthday party all about me, threw a fundraiser/party in honour of my 40 years on Earth. The party was a fundraiser for The Water Project - you can read all about The Water Project on this website. The party was a great success and a SUPER, AWESOME fun time as so many of you know, because you were there! There was an amazing band in our shed, My Thai food, fabulous cake and great friends and family to share it with! Our goal is to raise enough money for a well - $4500.00. Amazingly we are well over half way there! Thank-you to all the amazing people who have made a donation and thank-you in advance to those who would still like to donate. We are still working towards the $4500 goal! I am thrilled that this party has given us a chance to help people who don't even have the basic necessities of life when we live in a country of extreme abundance. I am thrilled that we can show our kids that everyone can make a difference in the world. I am thrilled that we have had an opportunity to share the love of God with our friends and family. I am thrilled to be blessed in SO many ways!! To God be the glory, great things He has done!!

Why It Matters
Did you know nearly 1 billion people don't have safe water to drink?
Together, we can change that. Let's fund a new source of drinking water for those who suffer needlessly without it!
Our gifts will be used to construct or rehabilitate a water project, like a well or sand dam, in Africa. We'll see pictures, GPS coordinates, and updates as they come in from the actual water project we fund so we can celebrate the results along with the community we help.

Working with local partners in countries like Kenya, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, and Uganda, we build long lasting water projects that are organized, owned and managed by the communities receiving them.
Together, with our partners we identify, implement, report on and follow up on every project. Then we share the whole story with you to inspire confidence in the work being done and the impact it has.
