Passion Project | Beach Middle School

Hello! Thank you for stopping by our fundraising page. We are Jenna Lee + Caitlin White, both 8th graders at Beach Middle School in Chelsea, Michigan. You can learn more about our project by visiting our website www.jcwaterproject.org.

A Little About Jenna: I am 13 years old (almost 14!). I love to spend time outdoors and I play tennis and love it. My most favorite thing to do is out hang out with my friends because they make me so happy all of the time.

A Little About Caitlin: I am 14 years old. Some of my hobbies include volleyball, hanging out with friends and family, and music.

We want to raise money for this cause because when we were researching what we wanted to do we saw that people in Africa don't have really any clean water to drink. We feel so fortunate to have clean water to drink whenever we want and we thought the least we could do was to help people who couldn't. The both of us really love to help people, so for us this project isn't really just a project, it's an opportunity to really help change someone's life and that puts a smile on our faces knowing we're really helping people who need it.

To raise money for this cause we will be doing some small fundraisers at our school and in the small town we live in, but our main thing we are doing is selling custom water bottles. This allows us to fundraise in our town as well as to people who don't live here. Speaking of our goal, we are hoping to raise $2,500 and would really love your help and support to reach our goal. We want to send our money to the "Munenga Community Burudi Spring in Kenya, Africa".
