Help Fund a Water Project

Together, we can unlock potential in a developing community by providing clean, safe water.

How many bottled waters have you had so far today? How much did it cost you? How long did you spend in the shower this morning? Was the water warm? Nearly 1 billion people suffer needlessly without access to safe water.

Help fund a well in a thirsty community. A well. Not a shower head in a fancy bathroom, not a fancy bottle of water. A well. Something this basic allows children to become healthy, able to attend school, and eventually grow into the future of our world. Children grow up to take care of us when we are old. They grow up to become teachers, doctors, presidents, curers of ailments, etc. Let's get them healthy. Water is something we take for granted. Without a healthy water supply, many suffer and die. Consider giving one dollar or two this Christmas. When we have our own needs met, we have to help each other. Make a difference. Thanks! Melissa

Why It Matters

Access to clean, safe water unlocks potential

Did you know nearly 1 billion people don't have safe water to drink?

Together, we can change that. Let's fund a new source of drinking water for those who suffer needlessly without it!

Our gifts will be used to construct or rehabilitate a water project, like a well or sand dam, in Africa. We'll see pictures, GPS coordinates, and updates as they come in from the actual water project we fund so we can celebrate the results along with the community we help.

About The Water Project

The Water Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization unlocking human potential by providing clean, safe water to communities around the world who suffer needlessly without.

Working with local partners in countries like Kenya, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, and Uganda, we build long lasting water projects that are organized, owned and managed by the communities receiving them.

Together, with our partners we identify, implement, report on and follow up on every project. Then we share the whole story with you to inspire confidence in the work being done and the impact it has.
