Mrs. Phelan's ELA Classes Campaign for Water

We have started to read a beautiful book in our ELA class called, A Long Walk to Water by Linda Sue Park. As a team we have decided that we want to give back and do something amazing this year. We have been working at donating rice on Freerice.com to those in need of food and would like to continue making a difference. Clean water and hard work is the overall theme of our book and using that theme we have partnered up with The Water Project. The Water Project provides water to communities in sub-Saharan Africa who lack access to clean water and proper sanitation.
