Help Fund a Water Project
Hello Friends and Family!
I am asking this year that in lieu of gifts or drinks or whatever else you may be getting me for my birthday that instead you donate to this wonderful cause. Everyday I think to myself how blessed I am to live where I do. I have clean water to shower, to brush my teeth, to wash my car, and to drink. I don't have to worry about going thirsty or going hungry. These people, however, don't have those same luxuries that we take for granted every single day. My goal is to raise $400 for my birthday this year. But if even half of you good people donated $5, that would be $1500. Please, give as little or as much as you want. Why It Matters
Did you know nearly 1 billion people don't have safe water to drink?
Together, we can change that. Let's fund a new source of drinking water for those who suffer needlessly without it!
Our gifts will be used to construct or rehabilitate a water project, like a well or sand dam, in Africa. We'll see pictures, GPS coordinates, and updates as they come in from the actual water project we fund so we can celebrate the results along with the community we help.

The Water Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization unlocking human potential by providing clean, safe water to communities around the world who suffer needlessly without.
Working with local partners in countries like Kenya, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, and Uganda, we build long lasting water projects that are organized, owned and managed by the communities receiving them.
Together, with our partners we identify, implement, report on and follow up on every project. Then we share the whole story with you to inspire confidence in the work being done and the impact it has.
