Help Fund a Water Project
When our son is thirsty, we give him water. We have immediate access to it, and there's no question that it's clean and safe to drink. We realize what a luxury this is and how often we take it for granted as we learn of children elsewhere that walk for miles just to gather water that's dirty and causes diseases. Even just looking at a cup of dirty water makes us feel gross. The thought of giving it to our son would be outrageous! While the issue of clean water (or lack thereof) can seem daunting and overwhelming, we are not powerless - we can make a difference! EVERY little bit helps. Let us who have much give to those who have less. Let's do what we can to make clean water a basic human right instead of a luxury. Please join us!
As a sign of solidarity, for the rest of the month of August, we plan to only drink water. And the money we would have spent on other beverages (at Starbucks, restaurants, etc.) we'll put towards our fundraising goal. Please consider taking this step of action with us!
We will match all donations up to $1,000. We hope to reach our goal by the end of August. Thanks!

Why It Matters
Did you know nearly 1 billion people don't have safe water to drink?
Together, we can change that. Let's fund a new source of drinking water for those who suffer needlessly without it!
Our gifts will be used to construct or rehabilitate a water project, like a well or sand dam, in Africa. We'll see pictures, GPS coordinates, and updates as they come in from the actual water project we fund so we can celebrate the results along with the community we help.
